Cancellation Policy.

In the event that you wish to cancel your appointment/booking, this MUST be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you may be liable for 50% of the booking (Using the card details provided at time of booking). We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but please try to notify us at the earliest convenience. We do our best to be as accommodating as possible. If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying Abigail Hannah Makeup beforehand, your card will automatically be charged for 100% of the booking total cost.

If you paid in full at the time of booking and wish to cancel your appointment (at least 48 hours prior to the booked appointment time), your payment will be automatically refunded back on to the card used at time of booking. Refunds can take up to 5 working days for funds to appear back in the account.

If you paid in full at time of booking and fail to attend your appointment, 50% of the total will be transferrable to a future appointment only (if cancelled in less that 48 hours notice). If you fail to notify Abigail Hannah Makeup, 100% of the total will be lost.

Card Capture

Payment card details are required at time of booking. These will not be used unless in the event of no show or cancellation less that 48 hours prior to appointment in line with our cancellation policy.

Lateness Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, service will be refused and full payment for cost of appointment will be required.

Wedding Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the wedding date. Cancellations made after this time will result in liability for the full costing. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THE BOOKING FEE PAID IS NON REFUNDABLE.
