Are you mobile? 

I work from within the Abigail Hannah Salon in Old Cwmbran NP44 3JN. However, I do travel out for weddings.

Is there parking at your location?

Yes, there is a carpark located across the street from the salon. This can be accessed via the turning off Victoria Street next to the doctor’s surgery. Click here to find our location on Google.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book by clicking here.

How can I pay for my appointment?

Payments can either be made at the time of online booking, or via Cash or Card at your appointment (Most major cards accepted).

How long is a Makeup Appointment? 

The average appointment time is 1 hour. Some appointments may take longer depending on the look requested.

How can I make a Bridal booking?

This can be done through our enquiry form on our Contact Us page. Unfortunately Bridal bookings can not be made via our online booking system as they are tailored to each individual bride/bridal party. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@abigailhannahmakeup.com

Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?

No nothing at all, just yourself. I ask that you arrive with a clean, freshly washed face/eye area ready for your makeup application/lashes/brows.

How long is a Lash Lift & Tint appointment?

This treatment takes roughly around an hour to complete to a high standard.

Are my eyebrows suitable for eyebrow lamination?

I offer a free consultation appointment where I can assess the brow area, and offer the most suitable treatment.

How do I reschedule/cancel my appointment?

This can be done via your confirmation email from your time of booking, or alternatively email hello@abigailhannahmakeup.co.uk This MUST be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

What happens if I paid for my appointment at time of booking, but now I need to cancel?

If you would like to cancel your appointment, this MUST be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. If you cancel before this time you will receive a full refund, and the funds will be retuned to your account within 5 working days.
