It all begins with a dream.
My name is Abigail Hannah, a Makeup Artist and Beauty Therapist based in Cwmbran, South Wales.
My story doesn’t start with the conventional ‘when I grow up I’d like to be a Makeup Artist’. It wasn’t until I was studying my Fashion Degree that I found a passion for styling the photo shoots much more that I did for making the actual clothes (not ideal when studying Fashion Design). So after finishing university, I went on to train in Makeup Artistry and Beauty Therapy.
Fast forward 6 years (a husband and three children later) I’m now offering a range of Makeup and Beauty services in my very own beautiful beauty salon located in Old Cwmbran. When I look back to the days when I started out offering Makeup appointments in my kitchen, I feel extremely grateful to be where I am today.
I often get asked which is my favourite beauty treatment to offer, whether it’s eyelash extensions or brow lamination? But my most favourite part of the job is seeing the joy I bring to my clients, seeing their smiling face when they look in the mirror is the most rewarding feeling.
